Work Process

First Consultation – Initial Contact
GTW Trading only represents trustworthy clients. To do so, we take a personal approach with all our clients, and choose only those, who meet our standards of operation. You are expected to provide the required documentation before the second consultation.
Duration: 1-2 hours
The first consultation covers:
- Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Your presentation.
- GTW Trading presentation.
- List of documents we require to represent you in the market(s) of your choosing, to be delivered before the second consultation.
- Negotiation of the trader’s fee. Rates will vary depending on amounts and logistics
Cost: 5,000.00 PLN payable before the meeting, non-refundable.

Second Consultation – Market Review
GTW Trading will work with you to create a personalized plan to help you achieve the best trades. Upon acceptance of the representation contract, GTW trading will find the best supply or offload for your commodity.
Duration: 2-3 hours
The second consultation covers:
- GTW Trading presentation of your selected commodity market(s).
- GTW Trading presentation on recommended logistics.
- GTW Trading presentation on embargos pertaining to your trade route.
- GTW Trading presentation on cultural differences you may experience.
- Signing of representation contract.
Cost: 40,000.00 PLN payable before the meeting, non-refundable.

Final Consultation and Handshake
Once a supplier or purchaser has been found and , GTW Trading will require you to accept the proposed prices (CIF or FOB), followed by an online meeting with your counterpart.
Duration: 2-4 hours
The final consolation and hand-shake with your future supply or offload client.
Cost: Free.
