ENGINEERING LIFECYCLE EXTENSION
As GTW Trading expands its bucket operations, the business intends to develop a dedicated inspection, repair and refurbishment capability — including GET replacement, cutting-edge and wear-plate replacement, structural and crack repairs, welding and fabrication, and rebuilding of both rental-fleet and customer-owned attachments.

Side Cutters & Strike Plates
Cast one-piece side cutters and strike plates built to shield the bucket structural cheek plates from scalloping during deep trenching in abrasive soil.
Wear Plates & Chocky Bars
Hardox-equivalent quenched liner plates and high-chromium bi-metallic chocky bars designed for rapid field welding onto bucket skins and hoppers.
Heel Shrouds & Lip Protection
Cast weld-on corner segments and spade-lip wear caps designed to protect high-impact bucket corners and inter-tooth segments against severe abrasion.
Pins, Locks & Retainers
Hardened alloy vertical and horizontal lock pins with polyurethane flex-locking rings ensuring zero tip ejection even under repeated hydraulic hammer impact.
